Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at MutiuHub. We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, this page explains our return and refund process so you know what to expect.

1. Scope

This policy applies to items purchased directly from Mutiuhub.com. If you bought from a third-party seller on our platform (if applicable), returns and refunds may be handled by that seller — check the product listing for details.

2. Return window

Most items are eligible for return within 14 days from the date of delivery. Some categories (clearance, personalized items, hygiene-sensitive goods) may be non-returnable — see Non-returnable items below.

3. Condition for returns

  • Items must be unused, unwashed and in the original condition and packaging.
  • All accessories, tags and manuals should be included.
  • We may refuse returns that show excessive wear, damage caused by the customer, or missing parts.

4. How to start a return

  1. Email our customer support at connect@mutiuhub.com with your order number, product name, purchase date and a short reason for the return. Attach photos if the item is damaged or defective.
  2. We will reply with a Return Authorization and instructions (how to pack, where to ship, and the return address).
  3. Ship the item back within the timeframe specified in the return authorization. Keep your shipping receipt and tracking number.

5. Return shipping & costs

Unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, wrong item), return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If we accept the return and issue a refund, shipping costs will not usually be refunded.

6. Refunds & processing time

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email of the result. If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

7. Exchanges

If you need an exchange (different size or color), please contact us. Exchanges are handled like returns + a new order or, when available, we can ship a replacement directly after confirming return receipt.

8. Defective or wrong items

If your item arrived defective or we sent the wrong product, contact us immediately at connect@mutiuhub.com. We will arrange a replacement or full refund and cover the return shipping costs.

9. Non-returnable items

  • Perishable goods or items marked non-returnable on the product page
  • Personalized/customized items (unless faulty)
  • Hygiene-sensitive items where seals are broken
  • Gift cards

10. Partial refunds

In certain situations, partial refunds may be granted (e.g., item not in original condition, missing parts, or damage not caused by us).

11. Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return once it is processed.
